Moo Therapy is a safe space for young people and their families to talk about any difficulties that are preventing them from enjoying their lives.

We listen and help you all feel understood through judgement free conversations.

This trusting relationship helps young people and their families open-up and explore how they feel.

The sessions aim to provide you with new perspectives, skills and strategies to help manage your lives better.

I'll be honest with you, I'm struggling
          a bit

Being a young person is hard.

Juggling pressures from school, socialising, family-life and engaging with the world can be difficult at the best of times.

Throw in challenges like a death or separation in the family, bullying, Covid, changing schools or any other difficulties they may experience, and it's easy to understand why they might need some extra support.

Moo Therapy knows how tough this is, we are experts at working with young people who are feeling down, stressed or just confused about life. We are here to help.

Meet Michelle

I have been working in child and adolescent mental health for over 10 years, my experience has shown me that all young people need something slightly different from therapy and that's why I chose to become an Integrative therapist.

Integrative therapists are trained to use a variety of therapeutic models which means I have the flexibility to tailor our sessions around your needs.
